This delightful oyster topping can be made using ingredients readily found in most kitchens.
18 Hillman IQF half shell oysters
6 tablespoons melted butter
9 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic, pressed
3 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Rock salt (to aid during baking only)
Mix all of the ingredients. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cover each half shell oyster with 2-3 tablespoons of Hillman topping and nestle oysters in a shallow pan containing about 1/4 inch deep of rock salt. Bake 8-10 minutes and serve at once!
